    Orders under £199 GBP will attract a £9GBP shipping fee.
    In this case your order will STILL be shipped Priority Shipping to the UK with FedEx or DHL international priorty shipping services.

    PLEASE NOTE - items purchased from our Australian Store (www.theswankstore.com.au) are not covered with FREE Returns. To access FREE Returns in the UK you must have made your purchase on www.theswankstore.co.uk 

    To coordinate a FREE Return all you will need to do is to follow the instructions below to coordinate your return, which will coordinated with UK Postal Service Royal Mail

    RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS 

    Step 1    Just email info@theswankstore.co.uk in request of your return. 
    Step 2    In your email, please tell us your order number & the item or items you may wish to return.
    Step 3    We will send you a replied email with your Royal Mail Delivery Slip, which we will ask you to print out & stick to the front of return package when you are ready to return it. Please note: DO NOT use the label more than once - with each return requested a unique delivery slip label will need to be generated. We will not be responsible for receiving your return if the correct label is not used.
    Step 4.   Just pop your parcel WITH the label on the OUTSIDE OF THE PARCEL we will send you, attached into a Royal Mail Post box or at your local Royal Mail Post Office
    Step 4    Once your parcel arrives back to us, we will coordinate any exchange of your item or refund at your request if applicable. Your parcel should take 3 -4 business days to return to us before we process your return request.
