    OUR RETURNS POLICY

    At The Swank Store we believe in providing our customers with the highest quality, original garments. We put in a lot of effort and time sourcing the latest on trend designs while also ensuring the manufacturing of both fabric and garment maintain the highest of standards. 

    We do understand that a few customers may change their mind about their purchase from from time to time. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with the purchase, be it a rare fault in the fabric or just a change of heart about the buy, we will happily exchange the item with another of your choice or provide you with a full refund of your money. 

    Our only condition is that the Item/s must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn & must not be soiled.

    We allow a 30 day period from the time of item dispatch, for items to be returned back to The Swank Store

    For UK Customers TheSwankStore now offers FREE RETURNS for all items purchased from www.theswankstore.com.au

    Returns are so easy with us & all you will need to do is to follow the instructions below to coordinate your return pick up (via FedEx Courier) & we will take care of the rest

    RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS 

    Step 1    Just email our central customer service line at info@theswankstore.com.au in request of your return.
    Step 2    In your email, please tell us your order number & the item or items you may wish to return 
    Step 3    We will send you information via replied email that will allow for you to arrange a FedEx Courier pick up from a location most convenient to you.
    Step 4    Once your parcel arrives back to us, we will coordinate any exchange of your item or refund at your request. Your parcel should take 3 - 4 business days to return to us before we process your return request.

    Attention: Returns 

    • All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, with tags in tact.
    • All returns or exchanges will remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by The Swank Store.
    • Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included.
    • Comments would be appreciated.
    • Since our items are made of pure luxury premium silk, our garments are delicate in nature and need proper attention & care. Please try your best to re-package your return items in a neat & tidy manner. We always provide our customers with delivery packages in pristine order, as such we kindly ask that your return item/s arrive back to us in a similar pristine condition.
    • Even with returns, please treat our garments in the same as which you would to receive them 
       

    Refunds and additional information: 

    • Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
    • The Swank Store allows returns within 30 days of item dispatch. That is you will have up to 30 days to make contact with The Swank Store about your return request & must return items within the 30 day period  
    • Refunds are not offered on sale items unless they are deemed faulty.
    • Refunds are not offered on items which are made at specific sizing for customers.

    ALL SALES FOR ITEMS PURCHASED DURING OUR THREE ANNUAL SALE PERIODS ARE FINAL - This includes a) 1/2 Year June Clearance, b) BlackFriday/Cyber Monday Sales & c) our End of Year Clearance No refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted in anyway - unless the item/s are deemed faulty
